The spring-loaded die plates allow for easy adjustment based on material thickness, ensuring consistent and clean cuts with minimal waste.
Precision Cutting for Various Materials
Designed for use on soft metals up to 16 gauge (1.29mm) with a hammer and up to 10 gauge (2.59mm) with a hydraulic press. The included 95-durometer urethane pad helps absorb hammer impact, protecting both the cutters and your work surface while ensuring a clean, sharp cut.
IMPORTANT: Always place a shim of the same thickness as your material on the opposite side of the cutter to keep the plates balanced and achieve perfectly perpendicular cuts.
