SawPlate

Crafted from aluminum, the Swanstrom® SawPlate provides a stable platform for positioning metal discs and flat stampings with precision. A replaceable plastic bearing surface ensures smooth rotation of the clamp and your workpiece. Locking screws secure the plate, clamp, and material in place, allowing for accurate and comfortable work. The SawPlate is compatible with the GRS® BenchMate® system, Jayne Redman’s bench pin system, and Knew Concepts mounting and accessory plates.

SawPlate Clamps

This set includes three specialized clamps, each featuring an open center and multiple holes for custom configurations, ensuring a secure grip on your work while reducing hand strain. Delrin® washers under each screw prevent surface marring. The set includes three hex keys and 24 steel screws.

Gary’s Clamp

Designed by Gary Hutchinson and manufactured by Swanstrom® Tools, Gary’s Clamp features four movable fingers for securely holding stampings and flat pieces. Its round shape and adjustable fingers allow easy rotation, making it ideal for working with various shapes. The steel clamping screws include Delrin washers to prevent marring.

Tips for Use

If cutting multiple pieces of the same size, leave one clamp screw/finger in position when removing your finished piece to avoid repositioning each time.
You may not need all clamp screws/fingers to secure your work.
Screws will overlap the piece’s edges by approximately 2mm.
