The top and bottom plates, along with all punches, are crafted from S7 shock-resistant tool steel, hardened to 55 HRC for long-lasting durability.
Precision-ground punches ensure smooth edges with minimal cleanup.
Tight tolerances between the punches and the spring-loaded die plate guarantee precise cuts while extending the cutter’s service life.
The die plate securely clamps metal, preventing distortion and keeping hands safely away.

Cutting Capabilities

Cuts soft materials up to 16 gauge (1.29 mm) when used with a mallet.
Cuts up to 10 gauge (2.59 mm) when used with a hydraulic press.
For best results, place a 1/16" thick, 95-durometer urethane pad (not included) under the cutter to reduce noise, support the tool, protect surfaces, and ensure clean cuts.
