SawPlate

The Swanstrom® SawPlate is crafted from durable aluminum, providing a stable surface for positioning metal discs and flat stampings while improving ergonomics. A replaceable plastic bearing surface ensures smooth rotation of the clamp and your workpiece. Locking screws keep the plate, clamp, and material securely in place. This SawPlate is compatible with the GRS® BenchMate® system, Jayne Redman’s bench pin system, and Knew Concepts mounting and accessory plates.

SawPlate Clamps

This set includes three precision clamps, each featuring an open center and multiple holes for customizable configurations, ensuring a firm grip on your work while reducing hand strain. Delrin® washers under each screw prevent surface marring. The set includes three hex keys and 24 steel screws.

Usage Tips & Maintenance

• When cutting multiple pieces of the same size, leave one clamp screw in position while removing finished pieces to avoid frequent repositioning.
• Not all clamp screws may be necessary; unused screws can be adjusted out of the way.
• Screws will overlap the edges of the piece by approximately 2mm.
